Greater Tampa Bay Gluten Free Guide

The Greater Tampa Bay was my home for almost 5 years. It was the first place I lived outside of Ohio. It was the place I received my diagnosis. It was the place where I gained the confidence to advocate for myself. It is birth place of TSC.

I am so excited to share the places I frequented in hopes of providing you with a guide that provides you with the riverbanks to feel confident in enjoying any of the listed establishments while also being your own best advocate and being confident in doing so. Please remember the dining out portion in the disclosure + disclaimer where I talk about continuing to ask all the questions and do your own research before dining anywhere.

I will also be doing my absolute best to make sure I get official comments from each listed establishment*.

I will keep this as up to date as possible & will be adding photos for each place in the near future!

*Every place listed has communications out to them where I explain the purpose of the guide and ask them the following questions: What is the staff’s knowledge on celiac disease? What are the processes when it comes to limiting cross-contact as I know your kitchen is not 100% gluten free? What brands do you utilize for your gluten free offering(s)? Is there anything else you would like the TSC Community to know about your business?*

The places listed below are 100% gluten free and places I not only appreciated, but enjoyed while living in the area.

Craft Kafe (Saint Petersburg, FL)

You could find me at Craft almost every day if my wallet allowed it. However, you could find me suggesting a walk on Bayshore Drive NE and/or on the St. Pete Pier before heading here for breakfast on a Saturday morning, especially for a cinnamon bun & a “Pretty Woman” or a “Green Dream”.

I really appreciate them slaying gluten on the daily and their belief of using fresh & clean ingredients. They are dedicated to creating the ultimate bakery experience without the use of gluten.

However, they really are more than just a bakery as they offer a variety of options. I remember being recommended to check this place out and I may or may not have cried when I walked inside. I could not believe all the safe options available to me. I remember being like this is my first time here, please help me decide where to start. They offer everything from breakfast pastries to breakfast sandwiches to omelete to pancakes and more!

They really do cater to all the possible requests of those with celiac, living gluten-free, and/or those who may not be gluten-free but simply enjoy what Craft has to offer. I have tried everything food wise. Why not? I can eat everything and really enjoy all that they offer. However, I do have my favorites.

2 locations in Saint Petersburg:

  • 200 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 (location I heavily frequented & is closer to the water)

  • 6653 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33710

There is a third location coming to Tampa. Read the article on this here.

TSC Tips(s): This is a must go - expect a longer line on the weekends as it is a local favorite.

My favorite item(s): The Craft, Veggie Pizza, Cinnamon Roll, and Galaxy Bar.

100% Gluten Free: Yes.

HaleLife Bakery (Located IN Clearwater, Tampa, and St. petersburg, FL)

HaleLife Bakery is a must when in the area. I used to go weekly and most of the time the Ice Cream Sandwich did not make it hope as I was opening it on the walk to the car to enjoy. They offer a variety of goodies that you would think you would never be able to enjoy again after needing to go gluten-free and/or cut out other foods like dairy and eggs.

One of my favorite things about this bakery is that it is top 8 allergen free (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans) besides coconut; there have never been peanuts or tree nuts in any of the facilities.

Another one of my favorite things is that the two founders / owners are gems of humans - Laura and Taylor. I got the chance to speak with Taylor when I was outlining this guide.

HaleLife offers something for everyone, especially with 3 bakery locations and what’s to come with the bistro! I am beyond happy that I stumbled across them in a Instagram hashtag search for gluten free places near me.

TSC Tips(s): Go hungry as your eyes will 100% become bigger than your stomach and definitely plan on taking some things to-go, so you can enjoy the goodies for a few days!

My favorite item(s): Cinnamon Toast Crunch Donut, Ice Cream Sandwich, and everything on their savory menu.

100% Gluten Free: 100%

Comment(s) from the restaurant:

  • What is the staff’s knowledge on celiac disease?

    • Very knowledgable! As their entire staff lives with food restrictions or has a loved one with food restrictions.

  • What brands do you utilize for your gluten free offering(s)?

    • They utilize King Arthur flours as the main flour - they extensively tested down to the process of the flour being made it is safe and found that this was the best to utilize and vetted to be certified gluten free.

    • They have zero reported reactions to any of the allergens they state that they are free from since opening over four years ago.

  • Is there anything else you would like the TSC Community to know about your business?

    • They simply love providing a total piece of mine. They want everyone to know they can enjoy everything with complete peace of mind.

    • The delivery option is back nationwide for the kits (donut, cookie, or holiday, etc.).

    • Lots of excitement around the bistro that is coming Summer 2022! Read more about that here.

fresh kitchen (located in tampa and st . petersburg, FL)

I was introduced to Fresh Kitchen during a catered corporate lunch and was pleasantly surprised with what it was. I like to say it is similar to Chipotle, but with better options - think more whole foods focused and no cross-contact.

They have multiple locations throughout Florida, but the locations I like to frequent are either the South Tampa or the St. Pete ones.

I appreciate the “fast-food” aspect to this establishment as it is one of those places you can last minute pick up from and/or grab while on the go and not sacrifice quality.

TSC Tips(s): Prepare for the lunch time or dinner rushes, but the line moves quickly. If you go to the South Tampa location, highly recommend eating on their patio and then going for walk around the neighborhood or on Bayshore.

My favorite item(s): 6 bowl with kale slaw, coconut ginger rice, maple sweet potatoes, sesame green beans, roasted salmon, and creamy white ginger sauce.

100% Gluten Free: Yes.

LOVE FOOD CENTRAL (Located in st. petersburg, fl)

The aesthetic and vibe of LFC is something that pulled me towards the establishment along with their food being vegan and gluten free. I tend to gravitate towards establishments that are locally owned and utilizing fresh ingredients.

Plus, it is a place that I can get “comfort” foods without risking the quality of what I am enjoying. If you are on Central near 3 Daughters, The Dog Bar, and Grand Central Brewhouse, this is your place to stop and enjoy some food!

TSC Tips(s): They are closed on Tuesdays, so plan accordingly. There is free two hour parking infant of the restaurant.

My favorite item(s): The Awesome Burger and Hail Caesar salad.

100% Gluten Free: Yes, but there is a brand utilized that is gluten-free, but made in a multi-purpose facility.

Website: https://www.lovefoodcentral.com

Comment(s) from the restaurant:

  • What is the staff’s knowledge on celiac disease?

    • Our staff is not only knowledgeable about celiac disease and warning customers about any possible cross contact, but they are also trained on other potential food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, soy, garlic, etc.

  • What brands do you utilize for your gluten free offering(s)?

    • Every single ingredient and product we offer in the restaurant is gluten-free. We use gluten-free sourdough from Sami’s Bakery for all of our sandwiches. Sami’s now has a dedicated gluten-free facility where there is no cross contact and is celiac safe. The only exception is the Gluten-free lavash which is only made in their multi-purpose facility.

  • Is there anything else you would like the TSC Community to know about your business?

    • Love Food Central was started because our founder is a could not find a place to eat that was safe for her dairy/egg/gluten health restrictions, so she created her own!

little leon (Located in tampa, fl)

Unfortunately, they permanently closed their doors on Friday, December 23rd, 2022.

Little Leon is one of the “New Kids on the Block” and is similar to Fresh Kitchen, but with different ingredients and combinations. You can select a signature bowl or salad or make your own! All of their ingredients are gluten-free with a good selection of gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients as well. With Little Leon I appreciate the fresh variety of ingredients along with the bright branding and cozy patio that is perfect for a Spring, Fall, or Winter Day (notice I did not say Summer day).

TSC Tips(s): Get your food to go and go sit by the water on Davis Island! Or take it to the beach with you!

My favorite item(s): The Humm Us A Song Bowl or if I am in the mood, building my own bowl.

100% Gluten Free: Yes.

soho juice (Located in st. petersburg & Tampa, fl)

SoHo Juice offers plant-based smoothies, bowls, cold pressed juices, and elixir shots. They are the perfect on the go stop, which you can order ahead and simply swing by OR enjoy in one of their shops. I appreciate the variety that their menu offers and the quality of their menu. Also, the fact that no gluten enters their establishments is a plus!

They have multiple locations in the Greater Tampa Bay Area (Lake Mary, St. Pete, Tampa, & Winter Park). The St. Pete location was my favorite due to its proximity to the blow out bar that I frequented.

TSC Tips(s): Grab one on the way to the beach and/or after getting your hair blown at Sip & Dry!

My favorite item(s): Blue Majic and Fountain of Youth smoothies

100% Gluten Free: Yes.

Website: https://www.sohojuiceco.com

Comment(s) from the restaurant: They could not provide info into their ingredients, but could tell me that the company and kitchen are 100% gluten free, so there is no cross-contact. Everything they sell is 100% gluten free.

Sol bistro (Located in st. petersburg, fl)

I move to Las Vegas (also have a guide for that area - click here) and this opened, so I came back to check it out during its soft opening and I would gladly travel back to enjoy their offerings again. Please note, that I have traveled back and have throughly enjoyed their offerings again. Not only is the bistro a farm to table concept it is also gluten-free, lactose intolerant friendly, peanut-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free.

They use whole-food ingredients - no preservatives and no junk that seems to frequently be added to our foods. Their menu does not contain anything that has ever been processed or that is artificial and is always non-GMO and organic when available. They source pasture-raised grass-fed/finished beef, poultry, and eggs; wild and fresh herbs. They utilize locally sourced organic and seasonal produce.

They recommend that you contact them when you make your reservation, with any special requests. As they do not want any "accidental contamination" - they want you to be confident in enjoying the gourmet-conscious culinary experience. Their intent is not to merely feed you, but rather to nourish your soul — from their service to their products, all are infused with love and intention.

I enjoyed a charcuterie board, butternut squash soup, pasta with meat sauce, and a slice of chocolate cake. These are not exact menu items names due to the menu changing since the soft opening, but have no doubt their current menu is filled with deliciousness.

After dinner here, go check out 3 Daughters Brewery for a CBD Seltzer, Cider, and/or Seltzer in general, which is right next to the bistro.

TSC Tips(s): Another place that I recommend you go hungry and that you make a reservation in advance as the bistro is smaller.

My favorite item(s): The Best GF Bread Bowl Ever!, Caramelized French Onion Soup, and the steak with a side of sunonion rings!

100% Gluten Free: Yes.

Website: https://solstpete.com

Comment(s) from the restaurant:

What is the staff’s knowledge on celiac disease?

  • The staff is aware and the owner in general is extremely careful on the brands & foods utilized as she is proclaimed “food snob” herself.

  • What brands do you utilize for your gluten free offering(s)?

    • They utilize Tacentia pasta (brown rice)

    • The New Planet Beer

    • GlutenBerg Beer

  • Is there anything else you would like the TSC Community to know about your business?

    • A message from the owner & executive chef, Debbie —> “I have celiac personally, as well as many food allergies. I’ve been in the holistic health and wellness industry for over 20 years, as well as an allergen free private chef for the past 8 years. I am extremely mindful when it comes to every detail of the restaurant. We are completely gluten free. The only thing that is gluten-reduced and approved by the celiac society and falls wirhin the parts per million recommendation. And is not made in a completely gluten-free facility. Other than that, there isn’t a drop of gluten, soy, inflammatory cow dairy, corn, refined sugar, fried food, refined oil, quinoa in the restaurant. I am highly sensitive and I love having a safe place for all to enjoy delicious food, those of us with food allergies and those without”.

The places listed below are not 100% gluten free, but are places I’ve had positive experiences with.

baba on central (Located in st. petersburg, fl)

It took my husband and I 4 years to try this place and we are very sad about that as it quickly became one of our favorites after our first dining experience. If you like Greek food, highly recommend. BABA is a made up of indoor and outdoor dining with an herb garden, cafe and bakery. Please note that I have not dined at the cafe & bakery, so am not sure about the options there.

When we went, the waitress was knowledgable of what celiac was and the fact I needed to be mindful of cross-contact. The waitress was very kind and patient as I asked all my questions. One thing I was really excited about was the falafel, as it is made in a dedicated fryer, but when I was there the fryer was down, so I did not get to try it.

Even though no falafel was enjoyed, lots of other food was very much enjoyed. Everything was fresh from the mocktail to the larger plates we enjoyed!

I honestly did not want to leave after the dining experience due to the atmosphere created throughout the entire establishment.

TSC Tips(s): Make a reservation and/or go put your name in and walk around Central Ave a little. If the humidity is corporating, sit outside and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have created.

My favorite item(s): Sampler Spreads with Veggies instead of Pita bread, lamb chops

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it. I recently went back (May 2023) & partook in their “family style” dinner, which had not only our waitress but the manager triple checking everything for me and making sure things were put on the side, so I could enjoy as many as the plates as I could in a safe manner.

BAR TACO (Located in TAMPA, FL)

I will travel back to Tampa, FL, specifically for Bar Taco. The yumminess that is their tacos is drool worthy and buying a flight just for them worthy. If you can’t tell, I am a huge fan of tacos, especially fresh and high quality ones.

The tacos are are “two-bite” tacos, so you can try a variety in one sitting, which is nice! The tacos are made to order, so you can customize them to your liking / need(s). When you order, you place it via your phone where you can customize your order - this is where I put that I have a “gluten allergy” then I communicate with our waiter/waitress that I have celiac disease, which they go notate with the kitchen.

You can also find their allergy information here.

The atmosphere of Bar Taco is a bonus to your amazing food. Plus specifically with this location it is located in a part of Tampa called “Hyde Park” which has entertainment, dining, and shopping! Highly recommend checking out this area in general if you are in the area.

TSC Tips(s): Highly recommend joining the line on your way to this location and then walking around the area if you need to wait.

My favorite item(s): Guacamole & Chips, Cauliflower Taco, Glazed Pork Belly Taco, and sometimes the #bartacosecret depending on what it is!

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and have precautions for a “gluten allergy”, which you mark on your own when you order and can also tell the waiter(ess).

Comment(s) from the restaurant: They politely declined to answer the questions.

Clean juice (Located in tampa)

If I am not enjoying a Blendtopia Smoothie, I am grabbing a smoothie from here depending on what part of town I am in. I appreciate not only are they the original USDA certified organic juice concept, but also are dedicated to health and wellness, and to the power of positivity.

This is a perfect spot for your morning smoothie on the go and/or a midday snack!

Please be aware that they do have a gluten-free granola if you are eyeing one of their açaí bowls and they do have gluten-free bread but not a dedicated toasted.

TSC Tips(s): Order ahead via on their app if you are in a hurry.

My favorite item(s): The Coffee One (smoothie)

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can.

Daily eats (Located in Tampa, FL)

I love their modern take on the classic diner vibes and foods! Daily Eats surprised with their quality food and the staff’s (at least in my experience) knowledge of celiac and what was needed to limit cross-contact. Their menu is filled with labeled gluten free options as well as some things that are not labeled, but they do have alternatives - you just gotta ask! I have personally only gone during their brunch time (I do need to try their brinner though) as I am sucker for a good brunch, especially ones with gluten free options.

This place is located in SoHo (South Howard) near Bayshore and Hyde Park, so there is plenty to do around the area as well!

TSC Tips(s): Go for a walk on bayshore before then head here to fuel up after!

My favorite item(s): Their gluten free version of their pancakes!

100% Gluten Free: No, but from my experience was knowledgable and were able to explain the processes in place to limit cross-contact.

Doc FOrd’s (Located in st. petersburg, fl)

I have not eaten at this location, but have eaten at the one on Captiva Island, which you can read about here.

In general, Doc Ford’s is a rum bar and grille with amazing food and a very knowledgeable wait & kitchen staff when it came to celiac disease.

Fun fact, there are only four locations in the world. from my experience the menu is great and there are lot of safe options for me and others to choose from. I had one of the best salmon entrees I ever had at this restaurant.

TSC Tips(s): Due to the location (located on the St. Pete Pier) of the St. Pete establishment, I highly recommend a reservation. I would also walk the pier before and after enjoying a meal at Doc Ford’s.

My favorite item(s): The salmon entree!

100% Gluten Free: No, but from my experience was knowledgable and were able to explain the processes in place to limit cross-contact.

GLORY DAYS (Located in TAMPA & st. petersburg, fl)

I grew up going to sports bars to watch games and/or after soccer tournaments, so to be able to find one post celiac diagnosis that had a dedicated fryer was a nice little treat.

They have locations all over Florida, as well as, in Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.

TSC Tips(s): Make sure to call ahead and ask about the fryer, especially if you are in the mood for wings & fries. Also, ask for their gluten-free when you are being seated.

My favorite item(s): Their Famous Glory Wings (buffalo) and seasoned French Fries.

100% Gluten Free: No, but processes are in place to limit cross-contact. I would double check the location you may go to as each location is different and things may have changed.

Sea Salt st pete (Located in st. petersburg, fl)

Sea Salt St Pete holds a special place in my heart as it is where our rehearsal dinner was and where a few celebrations have happened with and for friends! The food is delicious and my first experience there was fantastic with the following experiences being positive ones!

The first time I ate there and was asking about the menu, the waiter had the kitchen make smaller patties with the Angus Burger so they would fit on the gluten free bread so I could enjoy a burger — so these were more like sliders and appreciated the creativity in how I could enjoy safely enjoy what they had to offer.

Also, make sure to speak with your waiter(ess) about your food needs and do not feel bad about asking to speak with the manager to make sure you are taken care of.

TSC Tips(s): Ask if they have any fresh gluten-free bread available for the day, so you can enjoy their oils and salts! Go during their Happy Hour for quality food at half the price!

My favorite item(s): Angus Burger, or Faroe Island Salmon, or Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail!

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease is.

TRUE FOOD KITCHEN (located in Tampa, Fl - Midtown area)

We have a few locations in Vegas, so when one opened in Tampa, I got really excited for that community as the farm to table approach has my heart, which means it is quite easy for this place to steal my heart, especially with their ability to cater to those living with celiac disease. In my multiple experiences with different locations of this restaurant, the waiter has always answered all my questions and said I could speak to the manager and/or chef if I wanted or needed. Plus, I feel comfortable with farm to table establishments as it is not pre-packed items and you can really play with the fresh ingredients available to create a meal that works best for you.

Please note, there are locations across the country and that the “GF” stands for “gluten friendly”, so please make sure to ask all your questions and be your own best advocate.

The way each TFK is set up is very earthy, open, and very community driven in my opinion. It caters to an overall great experience.

TSC Tips(s): Make sure to let your waiter or waitress know that you have celiac and ask them to walk you through the kitchen’s cross-contact procedures, so you are comfortable ordering from the menu! In my opinion, their menu is pretty easy to navigate and have it fit your needs.

My favorite item(s): Everything is quite seasonal, so the menu changes, but you can find me getting a dip with their gluten free pita bread and more than likely their burger on a gluten free bun.

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

WILLA’S (Located in TAMPA, fl)

This is an establishment that was on my list to go before I realized we were moving and was able to try it out when back in town with some of my friends! They do not have anything marked gluten-free on their menu, so had a backup plan incase I decided that I was not comfortable eating there.

We sat at the bar and the waitress that took care of us was knowledgable of celiac & took good care of me. I went with a dish that felt “easiest” to modify and the kitchen staff made sure I was aware that the kitchen was not 100% gluten free, but that they would make sure surfaces and utensils were cleaned.

TSC Tips(s): Recommend making a reservation in advance and/or trying to get a seat at the bar. If you do have to wait then head over / next door to Willa’s Provisions, which a coffee shop & cafe you can hang out at until your table is ready.

My favorite item(s): Cafe Breakfast (no brioche) and any drink from their zero-proofers options!

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in place to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Other random recommendations that may or may not be food related:

3 Daughters Brewery (Located in CLEARWATER & Tampa, fl)

This was our local watering hole for many reasons! The environment, menu (drinks & food), live music, and more. Funny enough, I was able to enjoy their beers before I knew I had celiac, but their ciders and N/A (CBD seltzer) options are just as good!

Ashe Couture Boutique (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

If I could describe my personal aesthetic it would be Ashe. Most of my closet is from this boutique - luckily for me, they ship nationwide and I can still support from afar! If you love brands like Amuse Society, Billabong, LSpace, Maaji, and more - this is your place to shop! Plus, the owner - Amanda, is not only an amazing human, but a fellow celiac!

Black Crow Coffee (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

They have two locations, which are both amazing! Each location is eclectic and unique. They are not your traditional coffee shop, which was I enjoy so much about it. For those with celiac, I only recommend the drinks and make sure you tell them no pasta straw! Please note, they do not have almond milk, but do have coconut and oat milks.

Café Vino Tinto (Located in Safety harbor, FL)

This is a hidden gym that I absolute love taking people to. You will find this place POPPIN’ on a weekend. They are a farm to cup café located in downtown Safety Harbor, Florida. Coffee sourced straight from their own farm in Costa Rica. They do offer some gluten free items, BUT please make sure to advocate for yourself in regards to how those items are prepared.

CAMP (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

This is one of the first gyms I went to. The theme of “camp” is throughout the entire facility and classes. You’d typically find me in the Hip Hop Flow Yoga Class or one of the TRX classes! You can easily go to a workout class here in the morning then head to one of the Buddy Brew Locations or Clean Juice Locations then go for a walk on Bayshore.

CAva (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

This is newer to the area and has been a hit! Their food inspired by their Mediterranean roots, where deliciousness and health are inseparable. They are not a dedicated gluten free restaurant, but from my experience most of their employees are aware of cross-contact and understand your needs when you say “gluten-allergy”. Before going please review their allergen menu, which you can find here and call ahead if you have any questions and/or concerns.

InVigoarte (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

IV Therapy is one of my favorite ways to support my body, especially with celiac making it hard for my body to optimally absorb nutrients and vitamins. The owners, Alisha & Scott are great humans - they know what they are doing and ensure their entire team does as well!

If you are looking for a way to support your body whether it is with celiac, day to day health, sports recovery, and/or a possible hangover, reach out to the InVigorate team.

Please make sure to communicate with your own healthcare team if you have any questions about IV therapy and what possible cocktail to get!

MAISONGLO (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

While living in St. Pete, I was a Glo-Getter! It took me understanding what a good facial was before I really started getting serious with my outer skincare routine. No matter if you are a local or in town for vacation, MaisonGlo can provide with some “me time” and treat your skin to its own vacation.

I absolutely love the MaisonGlo team - each of them are highly knowledgable aestheticians. Plus, the products they use are quality and have worked of me in FL and now in NV!

paradeco (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

This coffee shop opened at the perfect time and in the perfect location. The owners, Tom & Sonya, made sure to fit into the beach life, but also made sure to stand out, so people would want to come and enjoy what they have to offer.

The vibes are high and the coffee is strong! I would go here to work, to hang out, and/or do a quick coffee pick up to walk the St. Pete Pier with!

Primal Performance Spine & Sport (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

Dr. Joe and Dr. Natasha are THE BEST chiropractors in the city and simply good humans! I found them through InVigorate and have never been so thankful for that connection. Dr. Joe and Dr. Natasha helped keep my physical body in top condition - I really appreciate their knowledge and skill set.

My adjustments were top notch, especially with them incorporating cupping as part of your adjustment! If you are local to the area and are looking for a chiropractor, highly recommend getting in with primal performance spine & sport!

Heck, when I travel back into town, I make sure to get onto their books! My physical body is missing my bi-weekly and/or monthly adjustments from them!

sip & Dry (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

No bad hair days when I had the Sip & Dry team to blow out my hair! This entire establishment holds a special place in my heart as I was a customer from the very beginning to having them be where I got ready for my 2020 beach wedding to being a part of their team before I knew I was moving to Vegas.

Highly recommend getting a reservation, especially Thursday through Sunday!

solace (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

I found Solace through Primal Performance Spine & Sport - if you can’t tell there are a lot of connections of how things were found and that was by immersing myself with businesses and people that aligned to my mission for my health!

Solace is an Infrared Sauna Studio! There are many benefits to utilizing infrared sauna. I recommend having a discussion with your healthcare team before deciding to utilize and/or implement infrared saunas into your routine.

SWEAT (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

I unfortunately found this gym a few years too late as I was really getting into my groove with it a few months before we found out we were leaving! The owner and lead instructor, Jodi, has created an amazing space for you to sweat and get an amazing workout in. There was something about this boutique gym that makes you want to be better and do better - even though the workouts kick your booty, they were extremely fun!

You can utilize ClassPass and/or buy memberships directly through the gym.

SWEETGREEN (LOCATED IN TAMPA, FL - HYDE PARK + MIDTOWN AREA)

I unfortunately have not had the chance to explore this establishment, but has taken the local area by storm! However, from conversation with others and even calling in, so I was prepared for a possible stop in during my last trip to the area, they have a variety of gluten-free options. The manager I spoke with stated that staff is educated and trained on celiac safety. I would highly recommend you calling in and/or speaking with a manager before choosing to eat here. I will move this up in my guide once I get the chance to physically check out the establishment and experience it!

the blend (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

I know there are a lot of coffee shops on this list, but if you know me, you know I love coffee and matcha - plus I simply just love getting out of the house and being productive in different environments.

The Blend has grown from one location to four locations over the last 2-3 years! Two of the shops are more geared towards people wanting to physically be in the shop while the other two newer locations are drive-thru focused!

Stacha Madsen the owner, is someone I have been lucky to get to know and have conversations with while I lived in the area. Her shops are known for their coffee flights and creative & fun flavors

Also, she does offer a gluten free breakfast sandwich that you can enjoy with your choice of beverage!

Grove Surf + Coffee (Located in ST. PETERSBURG, fl)

This coffee shop is a true beach coffee shop from the aesthetic to the name and to the boutique shopping that is inside of it! This is very much a hidden gem on Gulf Blvd and one of those places that has limited options, but good options!

If you are staying on and/or near St Pete Beach, you will want to check this place out!
