A that’s so milestone

GUYSSSSSSS! I am so excited to announce that almost after a year of creating TSC, it has officially become a limited liability company.

You are probably asking yourself, why is this so exciting and why did she make TSC an LLC?

Let’s start with why did she make TSC an LLC? Well any person starting a business, or currently running a business as a sole proprietor, should consider forming an LLC. This is especially true if you're concerned with limiting your personal legal liability as much as possible. LLCs can be used to own and run almost any type of business.

Now let’s cover, why this is so exciting? This is exciting because I have a five year plan to turn TSC into a brick & mortar, specifically a celiac safe cafe. This cafe will have some of my favorite things (smoothies, coffee, homemade goodies) and a lot of things that those with celiac disease can’t typically find in a cafe without fear of cross-contamination. This cafe will be safe place for all to gather, enjoy yummy goodies and drinks, read, study, learn, meet and create community, etc.

Plus, I have some short-term goals that will turn into long-term goals for TSC, which I can’t share just yet, but know that all the goals for TSC align with my mission to create a community around celiac disease through recipes, products, information, and more to bring awareness to the autoimmune disease.
