Tampa Bay Baches
I may have lived in the Greater Tampa Bay Area for 5 years, but planning a bachelorette party from 2,000+ miles away is still a little difficult, especially while navigating celiac and/or gluten-free life. Shout out to @tampabay_baches for being amazing to work with and not only catering to all the different needs but also to helping us set up two different nights of themes! As you can imagine, being the person planning the celebrations and not wanting to make my needs steal the show, but also being aware that my needs are also important and need to be taken into consideration when planning.
TampaBay Baches was created under the pretense of combining the owner’s passion for helping others along with her skilled experience for Planning. In a sense, Event Planning is a puzzle; many moving parts that all have to align to create a cohesive work of art. TampaBay Baches is here to help those coming to Tampa Bay align those pieces and have an amazing, memorable event! The owner gets this euphoric feeling seeing the final product come to life and seeing clients blown away. It's addictive and makes her love what she does!

I had multiple Zoom meetings and consistent email communications with the TampaBay Baches team to make sure that the bride was forefront while also making sure that everyone attending could eat not only well, but safely. Plus, I was able to share some of my favorite local gluten-free places with their team, so they would be aware of them for any future gluten-free requests.
We had a blast with the “main squeeze” theme along with adding in a movie night theme, which included a dessert bar (of course @halelifebakery was involved), cozy pillows & blankets, and us watching “Bridesmaids” 🎥🍿💖
Other ways I made sure there was safe food options for not only me, but everyone, is that we added the “Stock the Fridge” option to our package. This option allowed me to write a shopping list, which TampaBay Baches orders through one of the local stores.
Also, a standout for all of us was having a private chef come in on the first night and prepare an entire celiac safe meal for us to enjoy in our air bnb - @cookbakenourish you crushed it 👩🏼🍳💯

Also, the beautiful bride to be we were celebrating is one of the friends that I recommended Le Blanc Los Cabos to. Her & her husband had an amazing experience, which makes me SO HAPPY! Neither of them have celiac disease, but they do have some dietary needs, which Le Blanc catered to and made sure they were fully celebrated on their honeymoon!
