That’s So 1K Latte
I was trying to think of a way to celebrate and create for the TSC community growing above 1K! The first thing that came to mind are some my favorite things - coffee and smoothies.
I remember my friend, Alex Mazzurco , has shared a fluffy healthy fat filled latte, which combines my love for coffee and a smoothie (you blend this latte).
I modified Alex’s original recipe to fit my lifestyle (#thatssoceliac) and likings.
Ingredients:
• 1 C of brewed coffee or espresso - I utilize Coffee Over Cardio
• 1 C of unsweetened almond milk
• 2 TBSP of coconut cream
• 1/3 C water
• 2 droplets of stevia
Recipe:
1. Brew cup of coffee
2. Heat up coconut cream and almond milk for 1M:30S! You can do this on the stovetop and/or microwave.
3. Add the brewed coffee, coconut cream, and almond milk to your blender cup.
4. Add water and stevia.
5. Blend for maybe 15 seconds!
6. Pour into a coffee cup and top with cinnamon!
