That’s So Funfetti Dip

My cousin’s future mother-in-law made me this dip so I would be able to enjoy a dessert at my cousin’s bridal shower — it was amazing. Also, can we just a take second to appreciate those who may know us or not know us and go the extra mile to make sure you feel included, especially with food at gatherings and/or events — these humans are the real MVPs!

So when I was thinking of ways to celebrate my wedding week, I thought this would be such a fun recipe to share with you.

The recipe was originally made with dairy, so I decided to make it dairy free. Please note, the funfetti mix does have milk in it, but did not want to add more dairy to it.

Make sure to pair this dip with a cookie! I’ve enjoyed it with Enjoy Life Foods Vanilla Honey Graham Crunchy Cookies and Goodie Girl Cookies Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of @pillsbury Funfetti Gluten Free Cake & Cupcake Mix with Candy Bits

  • 8 oz of @miyokoscreamery Plainly Classic Vegan Cream Cheese

  • 1 can of @reddiwip non dairy coconut whipped cream

Recipe:

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl or KitchenAid bowl

  2. Mix until well blended and fluffy!

  3. Enjoy!

Notes: Let the cream cheese soften a little before making the dip. Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days!
