Hot Chocolate Charcuterie board

Looking for a cozy and fun way to enjoy some hot chocolate? I got the “recipe” for you. This recipe was created after seeing a few other people making holiday charcuterie boards and I wanted to be able to do the same thing. Instead of a cheese and cracker filled board, I went with something sweet & savory. I wanted to be able to create something for my husband & I to enjoy while having a movie night together.

This is an easy board to create and allows for many different combinations to be made by whomever is enjoying a cup of hot chocolate!

What I use for my hot cocoa is Bare Life, which you can use code “ThatsSoCeliac10” for 10% off your order. If you are new here, Bare Life is my go-to dairy-free and gluten-free choice of hot cocoa. I appreciate that as a company they believe that naturally simple allergen friendly foods and ingredients are essential to our health and well-being. They make sure to source the highest quality organic and kosher ingredients without any preservatives. I appreciate the simple ingredients as well.

What I used to make the board:

Cocomel’s coconut milk caramels

Freedom Gluten Free Doughnuts; chocolate and old fashioned

Partake Foods limited holiday sprinkle cookies

Dandies Marshmallows- large and mini; I dipped a few into melted chocolate and let them harden a little in the fridge

Yum Earth candy canes

FitJoy Pretzels which I dipped in melted Enjoy Life chocolate and added some sprinkles to for a festive flare.

Again, this is a recipe that can be tailored towards your likings and whomever may be making a cup of hot cocoa. To watch me build my hot chocolate charcuterie board, click here.
