That’s So Smoothie Bowl

The TSC Community knows that I love my smoothies, especially when I make them with Blendtopia’s SuperFood Smoothie Kits! If you want to learn more about why I utilize Blendtopia, go read my “That’s So Blendtopia” blog post. These kits make my morning smoothie super simple and easy. Plus, they are fun to create with, which is how I got this smoothie bowl recipe created.

This recipe may be one of the simplest recipes I share with this community and hopefully one the community enjoys. This a recipe that can be good for all ages, especially if you prefer to eat your breakfast with a utensil and not out of a straw.

Note: I will be adding more smoothie bowl recipes to this one as I continue to create them!

What you will need for this specific smoothie bowl [we are going to call it the TSC Bowl for now]:

  • Blendtopia’s SuperFood “Strength” Smoothie Kit [you can always utilize code '‘THTake15” for $15 0ff your first oder whether that is a one time set amount of smoothie or a subscription].

  • Dairy Free Milk [I utilize Califia Farms]

    • You can also utilize another form of liquid for your base!

  • Extras:

    • Shredded coconut

    • Emmy’s Oragnics Coconut Cookies - ORGANIC DARK CACAO

    • Purely Elizabeth’s Original Ancient Grain Granola

    • Fresh Organic Blueberries

  • A Blender [I utilized the Ninja Foodi Power Nutri Duo Smoothie Bowl Maker and Personal Blender ].

    • No joke - this blender is a game changer and has a specific cup for smoothie bowl making!

Let’s Blend The Dang Thing:

  1. If utilizing the Ninja Foodi Power Nutri Duo Smoothie Bowl Maker and Personal Blender, follow the instructors on the smoothie bowl cup. You will see a line for the amount of liquid then the line for the max amount of whatever you are mixing in there. An entire packet of Blendtopia can fit into this cup with the liquid. If you are not utilizing this blender, I would say the measurable amount of liquid is 1/2 C.

  2. Blend your liquid of choice and your Blendtopia smoothie kit until everything is combined! The blender should have a little bit of a challenge as your smoothie should be thick! Remember you are going to be eating this with a spoon! This is also where the blender I utilized comes in handy as it has a mixer tool attached in the cup to keep everything moving while it is blending.

  3. Put your smoothie mixture into your bowl. Make sure to flatten it a little, so you can start getting all creative with how you are going to add the extras to the top of it.

  4. The extra I utilized were spur of the moment decisions and what I thought would taste good with the “Strength” kit. There is no rhyme or reason on how I placed them on top of the smoothie, but I made sure to have a balance of soft and crispy textures as I am particular on texture with my foods.

  5. Admire your smoothie bowl work / send a picture to friend & family of your artistic skills / post a picture on the gram to let everyone know you are now a smoothie bowl expert / ENJOY!
