Bare Life Fudge
It all started with my favorite coconut hot cocoa mix and my favorite type of butter, granola butter. I have never made homemade fudge and I very much so shocked myself with this creation. If you are looking for a simple, gluten free and vegan dessert to “wow” yourself and/or guests with then this is it!
Ingredients:
⅓ C Coconut Oil
¼ C Maple Syrup
½ TSP Sea Salt
1 TSP Vanilla
Recipe:
Combine granola butter and coconut oil into a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add in Bare Life Coconut Hot Cocoa Mix, Maple Syrup, Sea Salt, and Vanilla to the mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Line pan of choice with parchment paper; I utilized a loaf pan as I want the fudge to be thicker
Pour and push fudge mixture into the parchment paper lined pan; utilize a rubber spatula to move the mixture around and pack it in the pan
Place the fudge mixture in the freezer; typically takes about 45M for the fudge to set.
One the fudge is set, remove from the freezer, cut and store in a sealed container in the fridge.
Enjoy!
Note: Highly recommend placing parchment paper between the layers of fudge when you store in the fridge.
